Yoga & Picnic at Gwagwa Gasolina Festival (in central Zurich)

The practice: a deeper practice into asana, pranayama and bandha –discover the energetic side of Yoga! Followed by a guided relaxation, leaving you refreshed & revitalised for the weekend. 1h45 mins long.

The picnic: The concept is that each of us brings the bits and pieces that we need, it’s okay not to eat, and it’s not necessary to share –the key ingredient is spontaneity. I will bring some basic things, such as tea and the classical avocado on toast.  *And ofc, you are free to leave whenever you like.

Overall, this offer consists of a safe space that brings people together to practice Yoga and share the journey together, leaving space for co-creation.

*As a summer special, I will bring my homemade mate Kombucha. So, don't forget your  cup!

Pd: There are talks about making another Yoga session at ~6pm, but this will be spontaneous. So, stay tuned!

About Gwagwa Gasolina Festival: 

Gwagwa Gasolina is a free spontaneous buskers festival, with lots of artists, buskers, analog photographs, giant trucks, music, art, lots of art! Street art, Installations in the gardens, a gigantic old style truck that makes 2x2m analog photos, a crazy pizza oven, a radio!… All in the middle of Zurich, at Kasernenareal, in a beautiful green location.

The Big happening starts Saturday ~6pm, but bfr that there will be already some little things.

Since this is a buskers fest, my Yoga will also be on donation.
